How to Create Your Own 3 X 3 Inch Printable Daily Task List
Let’s make it short and simple. All you need is this:
- Any 3 X 3 inch Post-it pads.
- A ballpoint pen.
I’ve made a prototype of a daily task list in which I can write a short note on it or draw simple pictures on it.
Here’s the actual size of the post-it pad.
I’ve eliminated some words and replaced it with related symbols. This is how you use it:
If you want to write the date no. and year, it only involves pencil or pen shading to depict numbers that you prefer as you can see in calculators and digital watches.
Once you’ve done with the drawings – scan it and duplicate it and lastly, use it!
This is just a basic prototype and it’s free for anyone (remember to inform me about it).

what is the use of it??

These are my opinions:
Overlapping text and pictures makes it hard to read.(e.g. “Your note” part is hidden amongst the bushes.) Consider using different colored pens and lesser graphics for better visibility.

It’s just a prototype of a To Do Today Sheet.

Thanks for the comment. Yeah, you’re right as more graphics lead to more distraction. By the way, graphics in this case are not important. This is just a prototype. There will be no drawings at all.

I created a Windows program just to implement a To-do sheet and a Timer (for Pomodoro-technique). Maybe it can be useful to have a quick To-do sheet on your PC.
